The Chapel

So I'd love thoughts on how to make the chapel look nice, yet simple (and not spend a lot of money).

I agree with CPK, its a big but beautiful place, that you don't need to do much to.
Do you know what the church will let you do as far as decor goes?

Let see I will do some research...
I looked for decorations for the church and this came up (interesting, kinda cheesy, but could be cool, for the church, or something else, they look like they are cheap)

Oooooh wait an idea....
pictures in black and white of you and eric together over the last few years,
this is what I read
Wedding Decoration and Pictures Pictures are a wonderful way to really add to the decorations both at the church and the reception. Often the wedding guests have not sent he bride and groom for a while and seeing updated and recent pictures of the couple together can be a nice touch. It makes those long lost cousins and relatives feel like they have shared a part of your life. It does not take much but a few well placed large pictures of the bride and groom can really add a lot. You will most likely want to vary the pictures, poses and setting that the pictures were taken in. it is nice to mix both formal pictures with fun family photos also. This gives the guests a real feel of sharing in your life. Once again pictures are a easy decoration that can be used again at the reception. In fact you might not feel comfortable using the pictures at the actual wedding and if that is the case don’t worry just use the pictures as wedding reception decorations.

so expect lots of comments from me but please tell me when you have heard enough

I'll have to find out what the chapel allows. I'm sure it's all coming in the huge packet the church is sending me.
