No news is good news and some real good news

So I have no news re: the wedding. I'm still just waiting for my apple to hit me on my head. CPK I LOVE that the vintage veil was your inspiration and then you didn't end up using it. Hilarious. Speaking of veils do you still have the one you did wear? Can I try it on and maybe use it as my something borrowed?

I've been swamped trying to get ready for my week of teaching in Virginia. I leave Sunday. I bought a nice new suitcase at ross and then today went back and got this AWESOME nine west lap top tote. The price tag said $120 and I got it for.... wait for it.... $24.99... yeah baby. Anyway so the Virginia adventure has been taking up my time and so I haven't spent a lot of time to dwell on the wedding.

Oh and the good news- Jess and I are finalists for the warner bros writing workshop again. There were 950 scripts sent in this year and we are in the top 30 right now. They are only going to take 10!!! And I can't begin to describe how amazing and beneficial this will be for our career... Please keep this in your prayers. Our interview is Thursday and I'll be in VA so Jess is going in person and they are going to conference me in on speaker phone. So pray that she will be relaxed and we will both shine even though we aren't in the same room. A lot of times she becomes the hyper silly one and I'm the serious calm one and I don't know if that will play if we're not in the room....

Love you gals! Talk to you soon.

First of all-- AMAZING about your writing stuff! I'm so proud of you! =)

Second-- You can totally use my veil! I think you might be the 4th bride to say "I do" in it!

Third- I was just thinking that now is probably the perfect time to get summery/springy bridesmaids dresses on sale. Now that all the Fall stuff is coming in, I'm sure there would be cute stuff summer dresses for cheap!

I just looked at JCrew, and there's a TON of bridesmaid's type dresses for like $40 (the one I wore at Jaci's wedding-- which I paid $100 for is one of those $39 ones!!). Are there any there you like?
